Pretty Linens
I spent about 3 hours in the antique mall yesterday. I left with Christmas presents for 3 family members and a set of linen napkins for myself. There are 8 of them, and they don't look like they've even been touched. I have always cross-stitched, but lately I've really wanted to start embroidery. I think these napkins will be a great platform to start with. Now I just need some cutesy vintage patterns!

Handsome Cat
Waldo was looking exceptionally handsome the other night, so I ruined his peace and quiet by shoving a camera in his face. He has recently discovered that the pillows are more comfortable than the bed. I'm not sure how I feel about laying my head where he washes his privates. I'm better off not thinking about it.

Taco
I made this for one of my clients, Charles. He has a chihuahua named Taco that he is absolutely obsessed with. In his sadder moments, Charles has said that Taco is his only reason for living. This cross-stitch is a perfect likeness of Taco. I mean, that pattern was dead on. The only difference is it doesn't yap and bite my ankles.

Waldo Geraldo Faldo
Hi! Welcome to my blog! This is where I will discuss things associated with food, crafts, and cats. Sometimes I will mention other things as well. I would like to introduce you to Waldo. Waldo was born in a no-kill shelter a little over 2 years ago. When we adopted him a couple of months ago he had never even seen out of a window. I think that's why he is absolutely insane. Waldo loves to run. He runs approximately 20 hours a day. Back and forth. He also loves to be cute.
